Technical Overview

  • Physical Space: State-of-the-art fire detection and security systems assure your equipment is protected — secure intrusion and access control (surveillance, CCTV cameras, and card readers), locking cabinets, and fire extinguishing systems.
  • Reliable protected power:
    • 20 amp circuits are supplied from two separate power distribution units for redundancy
    • Uninterrupted power supply uses back-up batteries to supply power to collocation equipment in the event of utility power failure
    • Each rack comes with standard power and the option to purchase additional incremental power; standard power is 1760 usable watts of power per cabinet
  • Network connectivity on the SprintLink IP Network: High speed network connectivity up to STM-16; all optical, fully redundant, OC192 backbone with 100% availability, IP over Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM), network optimised for multicast delivery, wide range of LAN/WAN connectivity solutions tailored to meet your needs.
  • On Site Support: All facilities are managed 24x7 to provide assistance and unrestricted access to manage and maintain your equipment.
