Trouble management provided by Sprint InTouch provides a means of opening, updating and viewing the status of trouble tickets or service requests with real read/write access to service management systems. This will allow us to resolve service issues in a timely manner. To use this system, you must be a registered user.

If possible, please have this information available to expedite resolution:

  • Your Sprint account number as well as the Network address, Circuit ID number or PL number.
  • When did the problem occur?
  • Has power been confirmed at the customer site and the equipment premise site?
  • Have there been any configuration changes at the problem site?
  • Are there any error messages and/or clearing codes that are displayed?
  • Has there been any change in the local access provider?
  • Has there been a previous trouble ticket opened for this problem?
  • Finally, please be able to provide the contact name and telephone number at the originating and terminating location.
