Sales
The Sales organization will be your primary resource to introduce you to the many telecommunication solutions Sprint offers. Whatever your business need, Sprint will find the right solution for your business. Responsibilities of the Sales organization include assistance with proposals and/or pricing requests, contract negotiation, and order management administration. The Sales organization will also organize and manage a committed team of expert product and design technicians to partner with you to develop a network solution that meets your present and future needs.

Implementation
The primary responsibility of the Implementation team is to manage all aspects of the service implementation process. The Implementation team will organize Sprint service implementation specialists from order confirmation to service delivery to service acceptance. Your Implementation representative will be your single point of contact during implementation and will coordinate assistance from additional offices around the globe as needed.

Service
Sprint's Service management brings knowledge and support to your business following service acceptance. As your business partner, the Service management team will provide ongoing reporting and maintenance of your customized solution, and coordinate your trouble management, billing, and general inquiries supported by a team of professionals. As your business changes and evolves, your Service management representative will continue to look for new ways to meet your needs.

Customer Resource Center
Sprint is dedicated to provide the highest quality of customer service. The Sprint Customer Resource Center will provide localized support including trouble resolution, billing inquiries, and other general questions. During business hours, calls will be directly forwarded to a Customer Resource Specialist.

Because we realize how important your network solution is to your business, Sprint is committed to avoiding interruptions to the quality service provided. However, if a trouble management issue occurs, Sprint will work diligently to resolve issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
